I was born and raised in Vancouver,  a true Vancouver-ite. I am passionate about keeping up with the latest trends, and incorporate contemporary and elegant designs into my cakes. I have over 15 years of professional baking experience and decided to specialize in making wedding cakes after my own wedding in 2000 and completing a wedding cake course at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley in 1999.

After running a home based business for 10 years and attending a Cake Convention in New York City , my passion for cake decorating and meeting new clients is refreshed and stronger than ever. My design style is continually evolving as I encounter new and talented artists in Vancouver. I am amazed at how easily the most simple things can inspire the most beautiful cake designs.
